This app has been awesome. I love that there are a lot of workout videos to choose from. I love the freedom and flexibility. Some days Ill do three rounds of the video to get three reps of each exercise as suggested, then Ill switch to a different video with I exercise Id like to target and do that video for just one round. Its a great way to get in some exercise whether I just have 20 minutes or a full hour, by choosing how many times you play it.
